In March 2015 we announced Argent Related, a partnership with US real estate and investment firm, Related, to undertake urban development projects of scale in London and the UK. Argent Related is the joint venture company through which Argent and Related will exclusively pursue all future projects in the UK.

With Brindleyplace in Birmingham, the Piccadilly area in Manchester, in London the redevelopment of King’s Cross and now projects in Brent Cross and Tottenham Hale, we have delivered some of the most significant and challenging regeneration projects in the UK.
Over the past two decades, Argent has delivered 5 million sq ft of development with an end value in excess of £2 billion. We are presently bringing forward more than £1 billion of construction at King’s Cross alone.
We have successfully delivered buildings for clients such as Royal Bank of Scotland, BT, Lloyds TSB, Oracle, Prudential, BNY Mellon and the University of the Arts London, London Borough of Camden, KPMG, One Housing Group and (in total) over 600 homes.
